My portfolio was at 30 lakhs a few years ago and now it is at 13 lakhs. Well I feel so bad. I did really mess up. Anyways now I feel that an equity only portfolio would have given better returns!
Anyways the dream is on 1 cr portfolio by 2026, it is possible by some external funding! and also by putting in money from salary. I think I need to build my portfolio and also spent some money
I used to think I was the portfolio manager and my cousin seemed to handle money way better. I used to have 100 stocks and never really made much return but she is super focused on just 4 stocks. I was impressed.
Well her portfolio is bigger than me now. I have really become small in past 3-4 years! when in fact I had everything to become big ! It’s time to start and investing only portfolio in SBI cap securities and grow it slowly
It makes sense to invest in only 10-15 stocks at a time!! Now there is only 4 months left for year end and I need to reduce my losses and invest that amount in stocks!! Invest a lakh in a single stock at least if you are investing. Keep track of your investments. Fewer the stocks easier to track. Just have 7 stocks in Zerodha now!
