I just realised that things are getting serious and I need to take control of my life. So yeah, till today I have been wasting my time doomscrolling, overthinking and so and so. I just realised I really don’t have time for that.
CFA exams on Aug 24th, I have registered for CFA exams and I haven’t even started the prep and I just realised if I fail, I’ll need to pay about $1000 for the re-exam. Heck no!! I am going to study. Gonna take leaves and study even. I really have to pass help me god. I am not gonna waste time anymore. I know I have been wasting a lot
Swayam – Valuation and creating sustainable value course. I can still try to complete it. I can. I need to see things through
TRS – US origination team – well I hope I have a good time there but I need to find time to study. No matter what.
Get in shape – I have been out of shape for years now and I need to get back into shape. Gonna do it one day at a time
Cut my hair- I have been growing my hair for the past 2 years and I am really done with it. Gonna go back to the normal thing. I will grow it back later one day, if I still have the hair.
Buy a bike – I will buy my first bike when I am 27. I am 27 since last nov. I am going to buy either adventure 390x or Aprilia RS 457. I am gonna buy a second hand car too budget 7 Lakhs. So vehicle budget is 10 Lakhs. I think I can save time with the bike
Repair the cycle and scooter: I need to use my cycle to go for workouts in morning and even swimming.
Make the house in my name: It’s been long due and need to get it done in this month
Get molaunty and uncle sim to Airtel: save the money man
JRG securities: Get molaunty’s and uncle’s demat account sorted out.
These are all important things but the thing is that I am 27 and I need to fall in love and get married. I am in no hurry to get married but I should be ready if the right girl comes up. So I need to save and invest well. Need to get into a career I like.
If I pass CFA, I am gonna buy myself the best drone 😉 for the money I saved.
I need to do an international trip too in 2024. Somewhere where everybody doesn’t go, Europe can be an option if I am in good terms with European best friends. Japan, South Africa, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Taiwan, Dubai, Norway, Indonesia, Argentina, Canada anywhere I need to go.
