The markets have been crashing in 2025 and individual stocks started falling too. And my account size keeps on decreasing!

Uff these are just the holding and I have been taking hit on the positions and I adjusted positions today for no reason and again took in losses! 20k loss just trying to adjust the positions! Never try to take gain in adjusting positions!!
F&O gain and loss from Jan 2025:
Kite: 78k loss realised: net realised: 88k
Firstock: Realised: -2.3L, Net realised: -2.77L
Unrealised : -44k
I am done 3.5 lakhs in just 2 months!!! fuck
In my defence nifty is down 6.5% from Jan 1 from 24k to 22k
Now nifty is at PE ratio of 19.66 which is close to 18.92 in June 2022 which was the bottom after markets crashed 18%. Today DIIs bought almost double of FIIs I think Nifty will hold 22000!
I adjusted my positions to very bearish today will change that if nifty holds 22000!
