So I adjusted the positions today after waiting for so many days and I feel the nifty will reverse the trend today. Why does it always happen whenever I adjust my positions today. I wanted nifty to be around 26k by December end and last week nifty was at 25200 on oct 15 and from there it shot up till 26100 and I had to exit my 25000 Dec call sell at 1530 and I entered 27000 dec put sell too . And nifty tanked 200 points after that ending at day low.
So will nifty go back to 25000 or below, I can reenter the call sells in that case!
One of the reasons I am making losses on my nifty options is because of margin call so I need to prevent that going forward
Also I entered the call sell at the bottom, I entered 26000 dec call sell at 200 and it hit 775. I had 25000 call sell at profit , sold at 1200 and I could have bought it at 200 making the call position loss-less. Would have been great. Idiot!!
I can sell 26000 dec call tomorrow if nifty is going down! I really don’t want to make loss on the downside too. Quick moves are brutal and I am doing better than before nowadays!!
In the firstock account, I sold 27000 dec call options for 70 and covered it at 250. What a joke! I am really worried, If I am still losing money in option selling. I think I need 5 lakhs emergency fund always, That would be in a bank account paying interest daily, or in different bank accounts!
I really have to protect the capital and I need to be good at it before further capital infusion!
