I have been holding crude oil CE and Jio finance call options for no reason. If I had exited at sl my loss would have been like 3-4k but now its above 10k and I haven’t still exited

Also nifty is coming down and down. Isn’t it weird that nifty starts coming down right after I cut losses on calls and goes in on puts. We can say that many people would have done that. But why is it that whenever I hold onto a position it always ends up in losses!!
