Subject: Sage Analysis – additional apps and cost review

Hi Sanskar,

I checked with the HC team for app cost data from other projects, but nothing comparable was available. So I reviewed the model using public sources and added 2 tabs to the Sage Analysis file:

1. Additional apps – 6 apps a standalone PACE will possibly need, with unit prices and sources.
2. Cost Review – 5 lines that look off (Epic, Genesis, CareKinesis, iSAT, UKG). Genesis is the biggest gap: the stated inputs give ~$139K vs $366K in the model.

I haven’t changed your tabs. Let me know if you want me to update the numbers.
